He looks like a lizard and is fast like a lizard. But his speed doesn’t mean that he’s strong compared to other alien forms. He has ability to run at the speed of 300mph at any surface. That’s why he’s pronounced like ‘accelerate’. He can manipulate friction to enhance his speed. Jim Ward has given voice to this alien.

Wildmutt 2

This alien is much like a beast and owns superhuman athletic abilities along with high sensitivity of smell, hearing and taste. He has quills on his back, which he can fire to the target with complete accuracy. He has no eyes, but his smelling and hearing senses work like actual vision. He can’t speak, but only can growl or grunt. Dee Bradley baker has given these sounds to ‘Wildmutt’.

Upgrade 2

This alien has a liquid metallic skin thus can change his body shape at will. He’s a sort of bio mechanical alien, can merge with any technology, can upgrade and can even put life into that. . His organic system is like circuits and can generate positronic blasts. He’s the only alien form, which doesn’t change Ben’s voice when he adopts that. That’s why he is also voiced by Tara Strong, the voice of Ben.

Stinkfly 2

He’s much alike a flying insect of earth. He has wings and can fly at pace along with acrobatic moves in the air. He uses his pincers and tail as a weapon. He can also shoot slimes from his eyes stalks. He’s exoskeleton like insects on earth and has very thin wings, but is incapable, when facing poisonous gases or is in water. Dee Bradley Baker has voiced Stinkfly.

Ripjaws 2

He can be called an aquatic alien, as he is an extraordinary swimmer. He actually belongs to the water planet named Piscciss. He doesn’t lose breath underwater and his legs automatically change into a long tail with a fin whenever he dives into water. He’s pretty fast and tricky under water. He can fight with his claws as well. Even he can give an acutely damaging bite by unhinging his powerful jaws. ‘Ripjaws’ has been voiced by Fred Tatasciore.

Heatblast 2

‘Heatblast’ belongs to a race of aliens who reside on sun and not at a planet. As he lives on sun so he can create fireballs and can throw or roll them. He’s also capable of projecting bolts of fire from his hands and mouth. He can also absorb flame and heat from anywhere. Steven Blum has given voice to this alien.

Grey Matter

When Ben is in this alien form, he becomes five inches tall and extraordinarily intelligent. ‘Grey Matter’ belongs to an alien race, which is actually spawned to enter complex machines and repair them from inside. He is capable of squeezing through small spaces and his slimy skin helps him to climb on almost any surface. Richard Steven Horvitz has given voice to ‘Grey Matter’.

Ghostfreak

He is a shadowy, Phantasm kind of alien. He owns telepathic and telekinetic abilities. He has only one eye, which he can place anywhere on his body by moving it on the track traced on his skin. Because of ghostly appearance, he can pass across solid objects like walls along with the ability of becoming invisible, when required. This alien has been voiced by Steven Blum.

Fourarms 2

He is 12 feet tall and extraordinarily strong alien, he can jump high distances at ease. But he lacks a sort of quickness due to his body mass, so he’s incapable of confronting extremely quick opponents. He is super strong, with armored skin and when he claps with his four hands, he can create sonic waves. Richard McGowan has voiced for ‘Fourarms’.

Diamondhead 2

This alien has crystalline diamond kind of body. Being hard like diamond, he can resist any kind of physical attack. Nonetheless he can cut and gash through almost anything. His razor sharp diamond shards help him to refract light beam based weapons. He can also mould some parts of his body into sharp tools and weapons. Voice actor Jim Ward has voiced for him.

Highbreed

The Highbreed believe that their DNA is the purest of all alien species which in theoretically is seeing as they have maintained their blood purity for so long it has result in much inbreeding and eventally sterility in the entire race, or at least until Ben merges their DNA with other species allowing for genetic diversity and therefore fertility, and seek to clense the galaxy of lower life forms until they become part "lower lifeform".

Alien Dragon

A dragon that appears in Be-Knighted which is held captive by the Forever Knights. Little is known other than that it is the model for the Forever Knight's Robotic Dragon and that it is the goal of the Forever Knights to control it which was likely the reason they sided with the Highbreed, to get a weapon powerful enough to keep it at bay/control it. The Alien Dragon is a map maker that wanted to kill The Forever Knights, but Ben managed to convince him and he choose to leave on his spaceship instead.
The Alien Dragon has made one appearance in Ben 10: Alien Force.

Ripjaws

The aquatic alien Ripjaws is an extraordinary swimmer since he can breathe underwater and change his legs into a large tail with fins. He's remarkably fast and agile in the water and can fight with his claws or unhinge his powerful jaws to deliver a devastating bite. From the planet of Pisccis, the Pisccis Volann Ripjaws is an extraordinary swimmer. Like most other aquatic creatures, he can breathe underwater. He has a very large tail with fins that allow him to swim at incredible speeds. He has sharp claws, and his large, powerful jaws can be used to deliver a painful bite. Ripjaws can also travel on land, though only for a short time, otherwise he'll dehydrate. Ripjaws may be powerful, but he is the least used due to his specialized nature. He may not be as powerful on land, but he gives Ben the ability to combat in times where he must be in a water environment. Ripjaws is a monstrous alien water creature that is equal parts eel, alligator and leech, with a mouth filled with rows of razor sharp teeth. He is an incredible swimmer with claw-tipped fins. When Ben is Ripjaws, his teeth can chomp through almost anything and his lower jaw unhinges to grab bigger objects. Ripjaws is basically useless on dry land; he can’t walk very well and his gills must be kept wet or he’ll dehydrate rapidly.

Snakepit

Snakepit is one of Ben 10,000's aliens. Very little is known about him. He is obtained in "War of the Worlds", but not used.

Shellhead

Shellhead is one of Ben 10,000's aliens. He is a giant turtle who can hide in his shell so he won't get hurt. Ken believes he is useless against crime. He was obtained in "War of the Worlds", but not used.

Spitter

An 'inflatable' type alien called a Spheroid, which has the power to shoot acid/slime at increased speeds from it's mouth when it swells. Spitter has 5 quill like objects on his head, sharp teeth, a curly tail, 4 fingers, short stumpy legs, and the Omnitrix symbol on his chest. He was originally a prototype for Upchuck, but was remodeled. He has only appeared twice, each appearance in an episode set in the future. Ben obtains him in the "War of the Worlds" special, but does't use him.

Articguana

Articguana is a Wildmutt-like creature, only more lizard-like, and has eyes. It has a lizard-like texture, gills, blue skin, 3 shark like fins on his back, 3 fingers, yellow eyes, sharp teeth, and the Omnitrix symbol on his left wrist. Articguana's breath can shoot ice to freeze people. He is seen twice, and very little is known about him. He was used to freeze Vilgax. He was obtained in "War of the Worlds", but not used.

Buzzshock

Buzzshock is one of Ben 10,000's aliens. He is a small alien, and his species, Megawhatts, are mischievous, and it is unknown if Buzzshock is to. He can emit lightning and with enough force he can clone himself. Buzzshock was used twice, once by Ben 10,000, once by Ken Tennyson. Very little is known about this alien. He is obtained in "War of the Worlds", but isn't used.

Heatblast

Heatblast is from an alien race that lives on a sun rather than a planet. He can project balls of fire from his hands and mouth and create fireballs he can throw or roll. He can also absorb both flames and heat, meaning he can put out a fire just as quickly as he can start one.Heatblast comes from an alien race called Pyronites that inhabit the star of Pyros, rather than a normal planet. As a master of the manipulation of extreme fire and heat, he has the ability to quickly project bolts of fire from his hands and mouth, and create balls of fire that he can throw or roll. He may start a fire quickly, but he can put one out just as fast. Unfortunately, like any other living fire, he can be put out when an excessive amount of a fire retardant is used.

Stinkfly

Stinkfly is a winged insectoid alien and expert flyer, able to pull off amazing acrobatic moves in midair. He can also take care of himself in a fight, using his pincers and sharp tail as impressive natural weapons. A Lepidoterran alien from Lepidoterra that can fly with great profficiency thanks to it's insect wing and fire various chemicals from eye stalks and mouth. It looks similar to an amalgam of Earth insects (dragonfly, crickets and praying mantis, specifically). His name was obtained because of his terrible odor. The insectoid alien Stinkfly is an expert flyer, and he is able to pull off amazing acrobatic moves in the air. He can also take care of himself in a fight, using his pincers and the end of his tail as weapons. He also has the ability to shoot slime from both his four eyestalks and his mouth. He also can carry many times his weight. Much like our insects here on Earth, Stinkfly has a very tough exoskeleton, but his wings are very thin and fragile enough to disable most of his abilities.

Upgrade

A living machine with liquid metallic skin, Upgrade is a biomechanical alien that can merge with any mechanical device, from a blender to a bicycle to a satellite. While merged, he can "upgrade" the device into an incredible piece of Ultra-Tech far more advanced than any existing Earth technology. Upgrade is a Galvanic Mechomorph from the moon Galvan B, which hovers around Galvan Prime. As a result of the Galvans experimenting with nanotechnology, his race was brought to life. This biomechanical being is a living machine with liquid metallic skin and complex systems of self-forming organic circuits. Upgrade is able to merge with technology and "upgrade" it into an incredible piece of ultra-tech. When merged, Upgrade can literally bring anything to life, and are able to communicate with the apparatus, vastly increasing its functions. While Upgrade is a master of the mechanical, his powers are useless on living creatures. The plasma beams he can produce come from a series of complex internal machinations. Being highly sensitive, finely tuned beings, electromagnetic pulses, acid or any other sort of corrosive can upset their delicate chemistry and wreak havoc on their systems.

Wildmutt

More animal than humanoid, Wildmutt is a beastly alien with superhuman athletic ability and heightened senses of smell, hearing, and taste. He can also fire the quills from his back as projectile weapons.

Wildmutt is from an alien race called the Vulpimancers, and their superhuman athletic ability with heightened senses of smell, hearing, and taste gives them an extra boost in sensory combat. He has no eyes to directly see his enemies, though his sense of smell makes up for it. Unlike the other alien forms, Wildmutt is the only one that cannot communicate verbally, but he can grunt, growl, and make noises. The razor-sharp quills on his back can be used as projectile weapons, and they can be fired with accuracy. He is also able to carry passengers without harming them with his quills. Also, he is able to jump many distances and cling to walls.

A world of violent electrical storms rapidly orbiting the sun, everything on Kinet is accelerated. Days are compressed into minutes and lifetimes are spread over weeks. Due to the ever-changing nature of their environment, Kinetan society is forever in flux. Although the inhabitants remain constant in their highly charged hyperactive nature, it is said, like lightning, that no return visitor to this world ever experiences the same place twice.

Species: Kineceleran

Elfin in appearance, with long hair, blue skin, pointed ears and oversized feet, Kinecelerans live their lives in a constant rush. No sooner are they born than they rapidly approach adulthood with little time to stop and ponder the consequences. Gangly and naturally awkward, Kinecelerans are speedsters, able to reach speeds of more than 500 Earth miles per hour. This extreme speed comes from manipulating friction, making them able to run up sheer walls and create huge stores of static electricity that can be re-directed, often with devastating results. While Kinecelerans can run fast, they're certainly not warriors. They are not built for battle nor do they have the disposition to stop and strategize. Kinecelerans often must learn from mistakes such as the fact that they can't run on non-solid ground like mud, ice and especially water (which causes a major shock from the static buildup). At the height of their velocity the most adept Kinecelerans are able to enter the mythical "speed zone", an entirely different temporal dimension where the rest of the world stops and reality takes on different rules. The biggest threats to Kinecelerans are magnets and charged pulses, which can completely throw them off course, causing them to lose footing and spin perilously out of control.

Upchuck

With four stretchy stomachs and a big mouth to match, Upchuck can fling his four long, sticky tongues to snatch up and chow down practically anything. His real power, however, is his ability to fire anything he's already eaten back out of his mouth with pinpoint accuracy and explosive force! Upchuck is a small alien with four stomachs and four tongues to eat anything--except human food! It takes only seconds for him to digest it, and then can regurgitate it out of his mouth as a powerful explosive. He was able to eat one of Vilgax's mechadrones without any problem. His tongues can stick to walls, and he has high durability for his size, as the Road Crew was able to drag him around on a road, giving him a road burn.

Zs'Skayr

Zs'Skayr was one of Ben's forms, freed from the Omnitrix. A copy of his evil personality was trapped within the Omnitrix when his DNA was sampled. He finally manages to force his way out of the Omnitrix in "Ghostfreaked Out" After peeling off the protective layer of skin that normally covers him, he tries to take over Ben's body in order to become whole again. After a failed attempt to possess Ben, he coerces Acid Breath, Thumbskull, and Frightwig to help him by taking over Thumbskull and tossing him about the room in a show of force. He is defeated when he is exposed to sunlight by Ben at the end of the episode, causing him to burst into flames. Following this, Ben never uses the form.

Ghostfreak is the main antagonist in the third season, returning in the two-part episode "The Return/Be Afraid of the Dark" where he is revived by an alien scientist named Dr. Vicktor. Gathering a group of horror-themed aliens as minions, Vicktor enacted a plan to resurrect Ghostfreak, whose master plan was to plunge the Earth into darkness. Ghostfreak himself is still intent on gaining control of the Omnitrix. Using corrodium retrieved by the mummy alien in "Under Wraps" they set up a Corrodium beam beam that will block out light from the sun, allowing Ghostfreak to exist in eternal darkness. Ghostfreak succeeds in doing so, allowing him to reach his full potential, but only for a while before Doctor Vicktor accidentally rammed Max into the Corrodium Projector during a dogfight. In the end, Ghostfreak is killed on board a space shuttle, when Max opens the shuttle's roof and exposes him directly to the sun. Ben regains use of the form during this time, except in Ghostfreak's natural state.

Benvicktor

Benvicktor is a Transylian enhanced with mechanical devices, and has the ability to generate and project lightning from two devices on his back, as well as being rather strong. Benvicktor has longer hair, a smaller left eye, and generates green lightning rather than purple. He himself seems to be possessed of a high intellect, as this form helped Ben 10,000 make a new Omnitrix for his son Ken. He was obtained when Ben was battling Dr. Vicktor.

Eon

In the film Ben 10: Race Against Time, the alien Eon (played by Christien Anholt), a Chronian from the once beautiful Chronia, uses the Omnitrix to turn Ben into a younger version of himself, due to the fact that the Hands of Armageddon needed the energy of a young Chronian to activate. He also deactivated the failsafe so his DNA would completely overtake Ben's personality, essentially changing Ben into a clone of himself. As Eon, Ben activates the Hands of Armageddon, but returns to normal after Gwen manages to reach the Ben inside Eon. Like the original Eon the Omnitrix clone has vast time manipulation powers, though Ben exhibits little of them. Later on, Ben helps Grandpa Max shut down the Hands of Armageddon and end the invasion, though Eon attacks later on.

Benmummy

Ben gains access to a mummy-like alien form. Its DNA was added to the Omnitrix when the alien mummy came into contact with it. He tried to transform into him when he gained the form, but accidedntally transformed into Upgrade.

The creature is made of a bandage-like material (akin to the linen used on real mummies) that it can stretch to great lengths and control even when separated from its main body. This setup also allows it to reshape its body at will, splitting itself apart to dodge attacks and reforming to counter-attack. However, this material is also relatively weak, allowing it to be torn fairly easily. In spite of this, the creature can recover from basically any injury, including being torn to shreds. The creature is also incredibly strong, able to throw Diamondhead with little effort. When first using the form, Ben is at first unable to control it, but eventually figures out how to stretch the bandages. Not much physically changes when Ben transforms into the mummy, except the purple lines caused by the corrodium in the original mummy glow green instead, as well as black arm and shin guards. The faceplate is also shorter. Benmummy has the Omnitrix symbol on his left shoulder and can speak, even though the original seems to be mute. Benmummy has made one appearance in the Ben 10 Series.In the future, Benmummy has no armbands, and has red robes.

Greymatter

At a mere five inches tall, Greymatter is part of an alien race bred to enter complex machines and repair them from the inside. Consequently, he's able to squeeze through incredibly tiny spaces, and he's incredibly smart, giving Ben a temporary boost in intelligence when he transforms into Grey Matter.

Standing at a mere five centimeters ( 12 3/4") tall, Greymatter comes from the small, yet intelligent Galvan race of the planet of Galvan Prime. His heightened intelligence enables him to fix and/or tweak even the most complex machinery. His intelligent mind may be of great benefit, but his small size can enable him to enter small areas and make him harder to spot. Unfortunately, his tiny body is extremely vulnerable to outside danger, making him not capable for combat. However, Ben can use Greymatter to disable enemy technology within them. When using Greymatter, Ben benefits from the enhanced intelligence of the form. Like any Galvan, Ben can discern the purpose of most devices after a simple glance, and can operate any device he can get a hold of. Ben is often surprised by what he knows when using this form, Though he doesn't always fully comprehend it.

Ben

Fourarms

Whenever Ben needs to smash, throw, or beat up something, Fourarms is the hero of choice. Standing twelve feet tall, this formidable four-armed alien can use his tremendous strength to dish out the punishment, while his armored skin protects him from harm. Standing at an amazing twelve feet tall with all alien muscle, the Tetramand Fourarms is the hero of choice when Ben has a feel to smash, throw, or beat up his way through. With four-arms and tremendous strength, he is the strongest among the aliens. Not only that, he also has extremely thick skin, which acts as his armor. His endurance is extremely high, and also has the ability to leap great distances. Unfortunately, Ben can use his height and strength to his advantage, but it contributes to clumsiness and speed. In spite of their strengths, the Tetramands' dense muscles are also their weakness. Built for power instead of speed, Tetramands are at a disadvantage against faster or smaller opponents. This also forces a dependence on their armored bodies, as they are incapable of dodging quickly. Their size also makes it difficult for them to use things designed by smaller species. Buildings, especially, are a problem for them, since they usually can't fit through the doors or in the rooms. Controlling their own strength is also a problem, and much of the damage they cause is often unintentional.

Future Fourarms now has a short-sleeved shirt, which moved the Omnitrix symbol to the center of his chest. It also displays jagged spikes on the shoulders and arms along with two sharp fangs on the bottom corners of his mouth. In the future, his black pants completely covers his feet.

Diamondhead

Diamondhead is a crystalline alien whose body is harder than diamond, making him invulnerable to most physical attacks and allowing him to cut and slash through almost anything. He can also use his body to reflect light and beam-based weapons. With a body stronger than the known diamond, Diamondhead is the alien hero of choice for invulnerability and invincibility. Diamondhead has the unique ability to grow crystals on any part of his body, making tools and weapons that are extremely sharp, allowing him to cut through almost anything. This also enables him to regenerate his own body from any damage received. Though it is unknown the extent of which he can regenerate himself. He can also fire diamond shards as projectile weapons. Not only that, but his body can also refract light and beam-based weaponry. As he is the most recognized alien to be strongest in defense, the only disadvantage is that like any other crystal known today, sonic weapons can shatter his crystal body. No obvious modifications have been displayed. Future Diamondhead has predominant black clothing. As well as a black-layered shirt, the Omnitrix symbol has moved to the center of his chest from the left side of his chest. His pants are now white and he has black boots. His jaw also seems jagged.

Waybig

As a super secret alien form locked deep within the Omnitrix, Waybig is the biggest alien in Ben's arsenal. Reaching nearly 100 feet from head to toe, he towers over everything in his way with enough size and power to take out a whole army! Here's hoping he never pops up while Ben's indoors!

Eyeguy

He is Other Alien not in 1st ten

Half reptile, half bat, entirely freaky! Eyeguy is covered in multiple eyes every shape and size... everywhere but his face! He may be odd, but once he fires a devastating energy blast from the huge eye on his chest you'll see that this powerful alien can really give his foes an eyeful! Eyeguy is part bat and part reptile. His upper-body is covered in eyes, hence the name. He has three-toed feet and four-fingered hands as well. Ironically, he has no eyes on his head, which consists of a mouth and a very large pair of ears. He is capable of firing energy beams from his eyes, the large eye in his chest firing the most powerful version. In addition, he can merge all of his eyes into the one on his chest to fire an even more powerful beam. In "Ben 10 vs. the Negative 10 (Part 2)" he shot a freezing beam from 3 merged eyes on his left shoulder, freezing Clancy. Through some strange coincidence, Ben unlocked this alien on the Omnitrix.

Ditto

He is Other Alien not in 1st ten

Splixsons are low on the food chain on their planet and have developed the ability to split themselves to avoid predators.Ditto is a Splixson from the planet Hathor. He is a small, humanoid alien capable of cloning itself without limit. Every Ditto can operate independently, but pain felt by any one Ditto is transmitted to the rest, and the death of one Ditto will result in the death of every clone. If one or more Ditto clones are isolated from each other when the Omnitrix times out, the timer will reset and Ben won't revert back into human form until they are reunited. This only seems to apply when a Ditto is physically unable to reunite with the others; in open air, the Ditto clones will float to each other over great distances in order to facilitate the transformation.

Wildvine

He is Other Alien not in 1st ten

Far more plant than animal, Wildvine is one of Ben's stranger aliens. He can root himself into the ground, stretch out his vines to whip and snare bad guys, and launch explosive spore pods! Unfortunately, he's weak against poisons and, needs sunlight to be at his most powerful. Wildvine is a Florauna from Flors Verdance. All Floraunas have five legs, four-fingered claws, and Venus flytrap-shaped flaps covering their head. Wildvine can grow any part of his body fairly quickly, allowing him to stretch his limbs or grow spikes at will. He also has eight regrowable pods on his back that act as powerful explosives. What weaknesses, or extra benefits, this form may have are unknown, since it has limited screen time thus far. However, given the fact that he is a plant, it seems reasonable to assume that Wildvine would be stronger in sunlight (owing to photosynthesis) and would likely be vulnerable to temperature extremes and herbicides.

Cannonbolt

He is Other Alien not in 1st ten

His large size and stubby arms and legs make Cannonbolt clumsy at first, but when he curls up within the thick armor on his back he becomes an unstoppable wrecking ball! While rolled-up he can launch himself at high speeds and ricochet off solid objects to cause massive damage. Cannonbolt is a Arburian Pelarota from planet Arburia. Being like a cannon ball, he can roll up into an invulnerable ball to attack his enemies. Beforehand, while out of this form, he is extremely vulnerable, being very clumsy. He has claws on each of his hands, and was the only alien of Ben's arsenal that could defeat The Great One. After defeating the Great One, he was briefly worshipped by thing Great One's worshippers, but then turned back into Ben. He was obtained at Yellowstone Park. Ben unlocked Cannonbolt after he fought with Kevin 11, so Cannonbolt was unknown to Kevin until the episode Grudge Match.

Ben 10 is an American animated television series. The show revolves around Ben Tennyson, his cousin Gwen, and their grandfather Max. During the start of their summer camping trip, Ben goes stomping off into the woods after another fight with Gwen, whom he is not happy to have along on the trip, and finds an alien pod on the ground. When he examines it, he finds a mysterious, watch-like device, called the Omnitrix, stored inside.

Brainstorm

Brainstorm is a genius crustacean with the ability to control electrical energy and project force fields through thought.
Brainstorm is extremely intelligent, being able to project lightning and yellow energy fields using only his brain. He talks without opening his mouth, and is Ben's first accidental transformation. He seems to talk a lot, talking about stuff nobody knows about. He first appears in "Pier Pressure" then the next episode and so on. Brainstorm has made two appearances in Ben 10: Alien Force.

Echo Echo

He may be small, but this living amplifier packs some serious power. Echo Echo produces steel-shattering sonic waves.Echo Echo is a small gray alien called a Sonorosian from the planet Sonorosia whose body is a living amplifier. He can scream at ultrasonic frequencies capable of overloading machinery and stopping projectiles in mid-flight. He also has the ability to duplicate himself, not unlike Ditto, but different in that the clones aren't linked in any way. By combining these two aspects, Ben can create the "Wall of Sound", wherein he and his clones can redirect projectiles back to their source by bouncing them off of strategically placed clones.

Humongousaur

Humongousaur is strong enough to bench press a pickup truck and his strength only increases with his size. Humongousaur is a Vaxasaurian alien from the planetTerradino. He is about a dozen feet tall. He is half man half dinosaur. He has great strength and vast resistance to injury. Humongousaur also has the power to increase his own body size and mass, growing up to 60 feet in height. His strength increases as he grows, and his dinosaur features become more pronounced.

Chromastone

A living crystal, Chromastone can absorb energy and redirect it as destructive laser blasts.Chromastone is a Crystalsapien.He looks like he is made out of purple crystals. He is purple, with black lines, and magenta colored hands, and few crystal spikes popping out of him. Also, he has a single green eye with the Omnitrix symbol on his chest.

Spidermonkey

Resembling an Earth monkey, this multi-limbed alien has superhuman agility.
Spidermonkey is an Arachnichimp from the planet Aranhaschimmia. His features includes blue fur, four arms, four round, green eyes, each limb containing three fingers or toes, two rings around his tail, and he bears the Omnitrix symbol in the center of his chest. He talks in a excited, childish tone similar to ten year old Ben's voice. Seems to act more childish when in this form such as making a slingshot instead of fighting head on. He can shoot webs out of his tall and cling to walls. He battles Grandma Verdona , only to lose. He also has extreme agility.

Jetray

The manta-like Jetray can move through air or water at several times the speed of sound.Jetray is an Aerophibian capable of flying and swimming faster than the speed of sound. He can fire neuroshock beams from his eyes and tail, the stingers on his head also carry a powerful poison. He is the alien that appears the most in Ben 10: Alien Force. In Ben 10: Alien Force Game Creator, he has a new power known as "dashing". In "Save the Last Dance", Ben turned into Jetray, only to immediately transform in Big Chill due to Big Chill's needs.

Goop

There is more to this giant blob than meets the eye. Goop is able to change the shape of his body at will.

Goop is a green slimy jelly looking alien with green eyes. He has a small spaceship-looking antenna on his head which controls the slime which when seperated reverts the slime to a mere puddle. He weighs 200 lbs. and can shapeshift with the antenna.

Big Chill

Big Chill can pass through solid objects and drop the temperature of anything he chooses to nearly absolute zero. Big Chill is a Necrofriggian, an alien from the planet Kylmyys. His wings and antennae can "fold" up, giving him the appearance of a phantom, as shown in the picture.He can become intangible and invisible, and can breathe freezing vapor. He can also freeze the objects he passes through at his discretion. He first appears in "Kevin's Big Score" to chase down Kevin after he stole the Rustbucket. Ben used Big Chill in "Max Out" in order to freeze some DNAliens. In "Save the Last Dance", Big Chill starts eatting every metal in site. Ben and the others suspect the same thing is happening to Big Chill like what happened with Ghostfreak before. Big Chill manages to overshadow Ben and can force him to activate the Omnitrix and change the other alien forms he selects to Big Chill. However, Ben has no recollection of what he did during Big Chill and other aliens. As Big Chill, he has a personality of his own since he told Julie to leave him alone and even started battling Gwen and Kevin. In the end of the episode, they find out that Big Chill's species, Necrofriggians reproduce every 80 years. His appearance was probably inspired by a cryptid creature named the mothma.

Swampfire

He may look like a walking compost heap, but he is one of Ben's strongest aliens.
Swampfire is a Methanosian from the planet Methanos. Swampfire is a plant-like alien with a flame-patterned head. His powers are a combination of those of Wildvine (having his body made of plantmatter and being able to command them,) Heatblast (the ability to shoot fire) and Benmummy (regeneration), who are from the original series. He has super strength, vast regenerative powers, the ability to control plant life through a type of gas, and the ability to emit fire from his palms. His regenerative ability also allows him to alter his own body, such as tunneling underground in vine form or growing his feet to root himself into the ground. Swampfire is Ben's first transformation when the Omnitrix is recalibrated in "Ben 10 Returns".

Alien X

Ben is afraid that Alien X is powerful and uses him in dire situations.

Alien X is a being capable of warping reality at a whim. He has a black body covered with tiny white stars, white hands and feet, green eyes, and three horns protruding from his head. Alien X possesses three distinct personalities: Serena the voice of love and compassion; Bellicus the voice of rage and aggression; and Ben, the voice of reason. All three speak in unison when Alien X speaks. In order for Alien X to perform any action, including but not limited to simple movement and transforming back into Ben, two of the three personalities must agree to do so. As both Serena and Bellicus have been arguing for an eternity, and before Ben had no tiebreaker, getting them to focus on any present task is difficult at best, leaving the body of Alien X frozen in place while Ben attempts to convince them to act. Alien X first appears in "X Equals Ben Plus 2", where Ben uses the form to stop a flood caused by a broken dam. After much fruitless argument, Ben eventually convinces them to transform him into one of his other nine aliens. He swears off using the form afterward, as it isn't worth the price the power comes at. Alien X is no longer a silhouette, and his first appearance will be in
X Equals Ben Plus 2 ". Ben is afraid that Alien X is too powerful and uses it only in extreme situations. It was said that in season two, Ben will use him twice. This has not yet been confirmed. Alien X was created by Tevor Barlow. Alien X is the most powerful alien in all time & space. Alien X is a combination of reality and Anti-Hero. He is Celestialsapien from the planet Zvezda.

Ben 10: Alien Force

Alien Force

Cartoon Network has announced that a sequel series of the show with the pending The teenage Ben Tennysontitle of Ben 10: Hero Generation that will premiere before spring 2008. The new series will focus 5 years after the finding of the Omnitrix on a 15 years-old Ben and Gwen, who serve as mentors to a younger generation of heroes with powers similar to Ben's Omnitrix-based ones. The Omnitrix has changed over the 5 years to suit the 15 year old Ben who's in high school now and there's an alien invasion on Earth. He's now more mature and Gwen has longer hair along with having better skills at magic than since we last saw them. Also, it has been reported that 5 new aliens are to be revealed in their first season. Kevin Levin is now helping the group and he has better controled powers than before. Though aimed at the same demographic, the series will reportedly address more mature issues than its predecessor.
